Then they pulled out the Snapper 24 hp Riding mower. It looked like a monster truck next to the other riding mower. I was blown away about how nice it looked and the quality of it. The mesh seat is really nice and the mower is quite powerful. I was able to fly around the yard with it (and my yard is quite hilly). Neighbors are now jealous!

Looks great but don't be deceived. The rear tires are not lugged enough. They spin and lose traction too easily. The tractor struggles when using a cart loaded with wood when going up hill.

The mesh seat is terrible. The slightest bounce and your butt hits bottom and I am not a heavy person. The plastic trim on the bottom half of the seat has broken in two places causing strips of plastic to dig into my thigh.

I am trying to get warranty work done for the problem. However, it is the best at mowing then any tractor I have owned. I am not a fan of all the doo dads. Just give me a tractor with the power I need, a comfortable seat, nice appearance, easy to maintain and will last.

Buy this tractor.you won't regret it. Even cut, lots of power in forward AND reverse.

(see my review of Sears Professional 28 hp, 54'cut). Much lighter than the Sears professional and therefore seems to be as fast as the Sears in forward.but at least twice as fast in reverse. I personally find the 52 ' deck to be more advantageous than the 54'. The tractor has better manueverability, and the deck is easier to clean. Try lifting the deck on any of these big tractors.they aren't light. With this tractor you flip a switch to automatically electronically select the desired cutting heigth. Oil fill tube is great.much better than the chincy system that craftsman uses.

The seat is the greatest, very comfortable and if you leave your tractor out in the rain you won't wind up in a puddle when you sit down. Lets see.clean out deck port, 12 V accessory plug, cruise control.great tractor! One problem.the trailer hitch. Hard to believe that someone could design such a great tractor and mess up on the trailer hitch hole.

IT'S WAY TOO HIGH! They should have built the rear plate about 5' lower. If you need to tow a trailer you will need to spend about $30-35 to buy a hitch adapter. It will not only lower the hitch about 4-5' but will extend the hitch point back about 7'.

This will enable you to utilize this tractors small turning radius. Without it the trailer arm will hit your wheels on a tight turn. If you need the hitch adaptor, I found a great vendor on.JFC 876 (jcckinsman@aol.com).
